Minimum Order

The minimum order for L20 & L30 is $100. The minimum order for L40 is $400; for L50, $600.
Prices do not include taxes or delivery. Delivery is subsidized, depending on size of account, order size & pricing category. Ie. L20 & L30 is heavily subsidized and will often be completely built in, L40 is semi built in, L50 less so. See pg 5 for more info.

Product Pricing

Pricing: We have pricing categories that are designed to provide the the best overall package, factoring in order size, delivery conditions, rates, timing, and the level of service desired or required. Price levels and further details are provided on page 3 of the catalogue. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery Rates

Delivery rates: Rates vary depending on your location, delivery requirements and pricing category. L30 pricing has most of the delivery built into the case price so most people feel pretty good about the delivery in this category. L40 pricing category has delivery partially built in. The L50 does not have delivery costs built in so the delivery fee is highest in this category and the only discounts or subsidies to be had are based on volume and loyalty rewards.

Added Service: Deliveries either go into a loading dock or a short distance from the entrance of a pedestrian door. If you would like an added service such as up or down stairs, brought into your stock room, or physically stocked for you, let us know. For the GTA we can offer this for a small surcharge. Across Canada, rates vary as we deliver with outside carriers.

Time Restrictions: Deliveries are made to business addresses between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. If you are unable to receive during these hours, its important that we have that noted on your account. Depending on the degree of restriction, and whether manageable alternatives can be arranged, a surcharge may apply. Note that there is a difference between a request vs a guarantee. A request is free as we sincerely care and we want everyone to be happy. If it needs to be guaranteed, a surcharge would apply, price dependant upon the degree of restriction.

Rush Orders: If you need a RUSH, we have a few options: 1. We can ask our warehouse to drop everything and pick the order immediately in order for it to leave the warehouse a day sooner than it otherwise would. As of May 2023 this rate ranges between $40-$80 depending on the degree of rush. 2. We can shop around for expedited delivery service options – the added delivery fees vary depending on the location, degree of rush, and the number of boxes that are being rushed. Prices for the latter can only be determined when we know those factors.

Residential Deliveries: If you have a business operating out of a residential address, an authorization to leave unattended form must be signed. L40 and L50 pricing category has a surcharge for residential addresses as delivery is designed for larger trucks that are not allowed on residential streets. Other pricing categories do not incur a surcharge as there is some flexibility built into the pricing.

Timing

Timing for Order processing: All orders are processed as soon as possible. Typically this means that a confirmed order will be ready to leave our warehouse the morning after it has been confirmed.

*Issues that cause delays include: missing item codes, any uncertainty of what is being ordered, questions, payment challenges, any reasons for extra fees that require authorizion before processing (such as if the order is requested for rush or restricted delivery).

How to Prevent Delays: Be Clear and Provide the information needed to avoid questions. If a rush or added service is required, please state this clearly and either call us, or be available to review and confirm a quote.

Time in transit depends on your location. Most of central Ontario has a 1-4 day delivery time, the rest of Canada about 2-7 days. In general, central cities across the country can expect faster times than remote regions. Note – orders do travel over weekends so if time is of the essence, try to have your order confirmed and able to process by Thursday. Although we are known to under promise, over deliver, since deliveries can be held up due to weather or unforseen circumstances, it is advisable to leave yourself a buffer.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Email-Transfers & EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Payment Terms: The default is pre-payment. If you are regular and we develop a strong rapport and there is a reason to consider alternatives, we can discuss.
